Client Financial Affairs Team Leader | 10323 | Permanent Contract | 37 hours per week | £34,434 to £36,363 per annum (Scale H) | County Hall, Norwich   Part of Norfolk County Council, the Client Financial Affairs team provides an Appointeeship and Deputyship Service on behalf of the Executive Director of Adult Social Services, supporting service users who have been assessed under the Mental Capacity Act 2005 as being unable to manage their own financial affairs. CFAT require a Team Leader and a Complex Case Officer to play a pivotal role in ensuring clients receive timely, high‑quality financial management. You will oversee complex case decision‑making, provide expert guidance, and lead a dedicated team to deliver an Appointeeship and Deputyship service.
