This role is integral to providing exceptional client service and ensuring accurate, timely reporting that supports our diverse investment capabilities. What you’ll be doing: Managing end-to-end production and delivery of daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly client reports Collating and delivering accurate data and factsheets to clients, consultants and third parties Producing reporting outputs for a wide range of investment vehicles and platforms Learning and applying systems, processes and controls to maintain data accuracy and timeliness Coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve queries and deliver client changes Monitoring competitor activity and regulatory requirements across multiple regions Updating and reviewing procedures, controls and documentation to mitigate risk Supporting team flexibility by sharing knowledge and upskilling colleagues Qualifications Who we’re looking for: Experience in asset management or a related financial services environment Strong understanding of investment vehicles and strategies Proven ability to produce accurate reporting outputs for internal and external stakeholders Excellent relationship-building skills with stakeholders at all levels High attention to detail and strong organisational skills Proficiency in MS Excel and other relevant IT tools Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Degree-level education or equivalent experience Whatever your role, we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you.
