The Role We’re hiring a Client Growth Advisor, a principal-level Client Success leader with deep paid acquisition and performance marketing experience. This is not a traditional CSM role. You are not here to “check in”, chase updates, or manage tickets. You are here to drive revenue clarity, audit performance channels, and help founders make decisive growth decisions, especially across paid ads and outbound. You’ve Likely Built or scaled an agency or service business yourself Owned and optimized paid ad budgets (Meta, Google, LinkedIn) Sold high-ticket B2B offers Used outbound and paid acquisition as real growth levers Sat across the table from founders making hard revenue decisions In this role, you’ll lead live Drop-In Sessions with multiple clients at once — providing direct, implementation-focused guidance across paid acquisition, offer positioning, outbound, pipeline, and execution. This is a high-trust, high-ownership role where your judgment matters. What You’ll Do Lead High-Impact Drop-In Sessions • Host live Zoom sessions where multiple founders join for tactical, real-time guidance • Rapidly assess ad performance, funnel conversion, and outbound alignment • Keep sessions structured, decisive, and revenue-focused • Ensure every client leaves with clear next steps tied to measurable growth Act as a Principal Advisor to Founders • Advise on offer, niche, positioning, and go-to-market strategy • Help founders commit to one primary acquisition channel (paid or outbound) • Challenge assumptions using performance data (CAC, CPL, SQL quality) • Balance directness with trust, clients feel guided, not sold to. Paid Ads & Performance Strategy Leadership • Audit live ad accounts (Meta / Google / LinkedIn) • Diagnose targeting, creative, funnel, and conversion leaks • Explain trade-offs clearly: scale vs efficiency, speed vs brand, volume vs quality • Align acquisition strategy with realistic revenue timelines Translate Strategy Into 90-Day Execution Anchor each client to a clear 30–90 day roadmap tied to revenue targets Convert strategy into weekly execution priorities Set explicit boundaries on what the client owns vs what the platform/team delivers Reinforce accountability without micromanagement Multi-Client Context Switching & Internal Alignment • Confidently manage multiple clients within a single session • Capture decisions, blockers, and commitments cleanly • Hand off clear notes to internal teams to reduce friction • Act as a signal amplifier between clients and delivery teams What We’re Looking For (Must-Have) • 3–5+ years running or scaling paid ads for B2B / service businesses • Fluent English is a MUST • Direct experience closing deals yourself (not just managing sales teams) • Deep familiarity with paid acquisition and outbound as growth channels • Strong consultative communication — able to challenge while maintaining trust • High executive presence on video calls• Comfortable screensharing ad accounts, funnels, and CRMs live Nice To Have (Preferred) • Former agency owner, co-founder, or senior consultant • Background in SaaS, AI, B2B services, or performance marketing • Experience coaching founders or leading peer-style sessions • Familiarity with Instantly, Apollo, HubSpot, GoHighLevel • Experience working with North American clients What Success Looks Like • Clients leave sessions with clarity, not overwhelm • Acquisition channel confirmed and committed to • CAC and conversion expectations aligned • Reduced confusion, fewer escalations, faster execution • Founders trust your judgment and come prepared • Operate at the front line of AI-powered business building • Work directly with ambitious founders globally • Apply real-world performance experience, not theory • Fully remote, senior-level role with autonomy and ownership • Founder-led environment that values judgment over bureaucracy
