ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Client Growth Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of our customer growth strategy, helping small to medium businesses discover the value of Global Payments’ innovative products and services. You’ll focus on engaging new prospects through outbound calls, guiding them through how we can support their goals, and turning conversations into trusted, long-term partnerships.
This is more than a sales role, it’s about connecting, listening, and helping business owners feel empowered to make smart decisions.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Initiate outbound conversations with prospective clients, building genuine relationships and understanding their business needs;
  • Share how our solutions can help businesses grow, translating technical features into real-world value;
  • Qualify leads and identify best-fit opportunities, turning them into successful, long-term customers;
  • Support and coach new clients so they feel confident using our products;
  • Encourage referrals through trusted, ongoing relationships;
  • Collaborate with the team to improve and evolve our customer engagement strategy.
