Client implementation Business Analyst This is a great job for someone with an operational background within either Asset Management or Investment Banking. A bit about the job: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client Implementation Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in the onboarding of new and existing clients. As the first point of contact for Aviva Investors operations, this role ensures a seamless integration of investment and operational requirements across internal teams, service providers, and client stakeholders. You will lead the analysis of client, investment, and operational needs, collaborating closely with Sales, Legal, Investment Operations, and external partners to define and document onboarding plans. Through coordinating workshops and stakeholder meetings, you’ll align objectives and timelines to deliver tailored solutions for investment structures such as segregated mandates and complex pooled opportunities. Key responsibilities include gathering and translating business requirements into operational workflows, ensuring all documentation—such as IMAs, reporting templates, and legal agreements—is complete and approved prior to account inception.
