You will play a key role in ensuring client launches are smooth, timely, and aligned with expectations. Your Impact: Your work will directly influence client satisfaction and long-term success by creating a seamless onboarding experience. By maintaining clear communication, accurate documentation, and proactive support, you will help clients feel confident in their transition to Benson’s Centralized Marketing Platform (CMP). Your attention to detail and coordination will reduce delays, improve internal alignment, and contribute to a positive brand experience. Ultimately, you will help set the tone for lasting client relationships. Key Responsibilities: * Create and manage detailed implementation timelines to support client onboarding. * Coordinate tasks across departments to meet deadlines and resolve issues. * Join client calls to provide guidance, document notes, and follow up on action items. * Review storefronts for accuracy in product listings, pricing, and configuration. * Organize project materials including client folders, product decks, and spreadsheets. * Prepare handoff documentation and status reports for post-launch support. Position Qualifications:   Education: * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. Work Experience: * 2-3 years in a support or administrative role, preferably in project coordination or client services. * Experience in the multifamily industry is a plus. Your Skills: * Strong organizational and time management skills. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, and Excel). * Familiarity with platforms like PACE and ASI. * Detail-oriented with ability to ensure accuracy across documentation and storefronts. * Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain responsiveness under pressure.
