ABOUT YOU

We are looking for somebody who has the following background and skills:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in financial services.
  • Experienced in reviewing anti money laundering documentation.
  • Strong customer service skills;
  • Proficient in MS Office suite, particularly MS Word and Excel;
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal;

Responsibilities
  • Ensure all new accounts are processed in line with SLA’s, Client Asset regulation, AML regulations and internal procedures.
  • Ability to review and improve on existing procedures & processes and use this knowledge to improve efficiencies and processes within the area.
  • Liaise with other departments to minimise risk and ensure all rules & regulations are adhered to
  • Ability to work primarily on own initiative and prioritise tasks. Train other team members.
  • Understand and adhere to the rules of the Irish Stock Exchange, Financial Regulator and EU;
  • Assist clients in any queries they may have in relation to account opening and regulatory rules.
