Outsourcing Advantage is actively seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intake Agent for a ABA Provider. to serve as the first point of contact for new clients and families. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills who enjoys connecting with people, maintaining organization, and managing information efficiently through our CRM system Responsibilities Conduct initial intake calls with potential clients or families in a professional, welcoming manner. Gather and document key information accurately within our CRM system. Provide clear explanations of our services, process, and next steps. Coordinate follow-ups to ensure timely completion of required documentation. Collaborate with internal departments (such as clinical or administrative teams) to ensure seamless onboarding. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times. Strong verbal and written communication skills — articulate, professional, and empathetic. Experience using a CRM or client management software. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of calls and data entry. Prior experience in healthcare, customer service, or administrative support preferred. Ideal Candidate: You’re friendly yet professional, comfortable guiding conversations, and naturally organized.
