Minor | Keele | Parke (“MKP Law”), a Colorado law firm with offices in Denver and Fort Collins, seeks a client intake coordinator to work out of its Denver office in the Denver Tech Center with remote support for the Fort Collins office. This is not a typical client intake position. The individual will be responsible for a special project of checking conflicts and onboarding a substantial number of clients from a recent merger and an acquired legal practice. In addition to the special project duties, this person will also assist with administrative support; reception duties; overflow calls from the Fort Collins office and scheduling. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, customer service focus, empathy and interpersonal skills, organizational and administrative skills; and maintain professionalism and confidentiality. Previous law firm experience preferred. Initially this position will be in office daily for training then will become a hybrid work position (currently 3 days a week in office and 2 days a week remote). The salary range for this position is $50,000-$60,000 annually. Actual salary will vary and may be above or below the range based on relevant skills, training, experience, and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable law.
