Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Client Intake Officer with Prestige Inhome Care, you’ll be the face of our organisation, helping new clients seamlessly transition into services that enhance their well-being. This part time role will be reporting to the Sales Manager, you’ll handle new Client Sign Ups, conduct client assessments, and develop individualised care plans that align with each client’s needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • New Client Sign Ups – Represent Prestige at face to face or telehealth meetings with new Home Care Package and Private Paying clients, complete sign-ups, and ensure a smooth and supportive onboarding experience.
  • Client Nurture – Nurture clients who have not signed up to Prestige for services, maintaining regular contact with the end goal of signing the client with Prestige
  • Care Planning – Conduct detailed client assessments, individualised care plans for Private Clients.
  • Compliance & Quality – Ensure all documentation including service agreement is completed and all client files meet our high standards, keeping up to date with industry standards and internal policies.
  • Team Collaboration – Work closely with Prestige Internal Teams and external clinical teams, clients, and health professionals to coordinate care services.
