JOB DESCRIPTION

Partners with Portfolio Product Managers to capture/ define product outcomes, objectives and key results and related product roadmaps. Create Product Features that support product, experience, technology, and risk management. Works closely with the Business Platform Owners and testing teams to define end-to-end client journey development needs and acceptance criteria that will support test automation. Develop/ Maintain high level documentation and frameworks that align IT infrastructure with business processes/data to support and enable the execution of business strategies, to improve the efficiency and productivity of business operations, and to better connect business objectives to the people, process, technology and data changes required to achieve results. Maps the relationships between information systems components (i.e., end users, business processes, applications, data, IT platform hardware/software, info security and networks). Identifies key interactions and dependencies across separate systems and platforms.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Five to eight years of related experience

PREFERRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

  • Expertise on the critical interdependencies among product model system elements that help and hinder performance
  • Ability to plan and design solutions that synchronize resources to achieve business results using business metrics, key performance indicators, design systems, and reusability
  • Strong communication skills and strategic thinking with understanding of upstream/downstream
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of technical aspects of software products
  • Knowledge of Agile ways of working, knowledge of processes, tools and techniques for assessing and controlling an organization’s exposure to risks of various kinds
Responsibilities

THE ROLE OFFERS A HYBRID/FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE, WHICH MEANS THERE’S AN IN-OFFICE EXPECTATION OF 3 OR MORE DAYS PER WEEK AND THE FLEXIBILITY TO WORK OUTSIDE THE OFFICE LOCATION FOR THE OTHER DAYS.
