OVERVIEW

We are seeking a professional and motivated Client Liaison Office to join our busy team. Responding to Client telephone calls, emails and online portals the successful candidate will ensure high levels of customer service and communication both externally and internally.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Good attention to detail, able to maintain focussed on detail
  • Good IT Skills, including excel
  • Good time management skills, able to prioritise and multitask
  • Team player, able to interact and support other team members
  • Able to remain calm under pressure.
    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
    Pay: From £23,500.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • Respond professionally to all incoming telephone enquiries, ensuring appropriate, accurate and timely resolution of queries is carried out to a high level.
  • Daily check of client email inboxes for client queries and requests for investigation or action. Responding to telephone enquiries from clients in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Complete daily and weekly task to ensure all assigned tasks, including reviewing discrepancies, case update, hold accounts, etc are completed within expected timescales, Advising clients of any appropriate changes as appropriate
  • As required, carry out monthly or ad-hoc file audits as requested by clients, ensuring data is accurate and follow up activity, such as file progression and visit timescales are within the agreed timescales.
