We have an exciting opportunity for a Client Liaison Officer / Account Manager to join our IMS team at our Victorian Operations (Dandenong South / Coolaroo). You’ll assist in managing waste, water, and energy services at client sites.
Ideal for those with experience in waste and environmental sectors, passionate about improving waste diversion and sustainability outcomes for large organisations.

• Assist in delivering profitable projects that hit every key objective.
• Drive new business with the BD and IMS teams.
• Lead a strong network of service providers and subcontractors. Build and maintain trusted partnerships.
• Push continuous improvement across all accounts and IMS.
• Lead the way in safety and environmental performance whilst managing critical HSE risks.
• Provide expert technical support to clients
• Solve client issues fast and keep projects running smoothly.
• Work with Project Managers to keep sites compliant and operational.
