Job Description The Client Management Executive leads growth, retention, and strategic engagement across a portfolio of Tier 1 or Mid-Tier Banking clients. This is a consultative, insight-led role for a relationship leader who thrives at the intersection of data, strategy, and commercial execution. This role serves as a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders—CFOs, CMOs, Heads of Retail/Deposits, and Chief Digital Officers—helping them translate analytics into measurable business outcomes across deposits, lending, and customer growth. Success requires both strategic thinking and disciplined execution: driving account strategy, leading complex renewals, and expanding wallet share through collaboration and value-based storytelling. Key responsibilities include: Own a portfolio of high-value banking clients, with accountability for growth, retention, and client satisfaction Serve as a strategic partner to executive stakeholders, aligning client objectives with Curinos’ data, technology, and advisory capabilities Develop and execute annual account plans to drive renewals, upsells, and expansion opportunities Lead contract negotiations and pricing discussions, ensuring mutual value and long-term partnership Leverage deep banking and financial acumen (P&L, deposits, NIM, customer acquisition, retention) to inform strategy conversations Collaborate across Sales, Advisory, and Product to deliver integrated, One Curinos solutions that create measurable client impact Maintain CRM and pipeline discipline to ensure accurate forecasting and data-driven decision-making Identify and mitigate risks proactively while maintaining a high standard of client responsiveness and professionalism Contribute to team development and best practice sharing within the Client Management organization Qualifications 5–10+ years in financial services, consulting, or FinTech/SaaS client leadership, managing complex enterprise relationships Proven success managing $4M+ portfolios and closing $1M+ ARR enterprise SaaS or data analytics deals Strong executive presence with experience engaging senior banking leaders (CFOs, CMOs, Heads of Retail/Deposits, Chief Digital Officers) Deep understanding of bank performance drivers—deposit pricing, NIM, marketing ROI, and customer growth levers Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence outcomes without direct authority Commercially sharp, with expertise in deal structuring, pricing, and financial impact analysis Insight-led communicator who connects data and analytics to tangible business results Proficient in Microsoft Office, Teams, and Salesforce (or equivalent CRM platforms) Curious, resilient, and growth-oriented—energized by solving complex challenges and driving impact Ability to travel up to 50% A compensation package for this role will include a competitive Base Salary of $175,000 - $220,000 annually (based on experience and level) paired with a lucrative commission structure targeted at 100% of base with uncapped potential upside for high revenue drivers designed to reward exceptional performance.
