• Manage daily operations to ensure smooth execution of tasks
• Maintain accurate reports, master data, and documentations
• Coordinate warehouse and inventory activities in line with SOPs and regulatory standards
• Handle customer feedback, escalation cases, and support continuous process improvements
• Support reporting managers and take on additional tasks as needed
