REQUIREMENTS:

• ACA / ACCA qualified preferred, but qualified by experience will be considered
• Experience managing or working with offshore teams is a plus
• Proven background in a client-facing accountancy practice role
• Self-motivated with a desire to contribute to a growing business
• Excellent communication, time management, and review skills

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Senior Accountant, you’ll take ownership of a diverse client portfolio, made up primarily of limited companies with turnover of up to £7 million. You’ll be responsible for reviewing accounts prepared by an international delivery team, ensuring high-quality output and seamless client service.
This is not a Partner-review environment. You will be trusted to lead on your portfolio and ensure delivery standards remain exceptional. Strong client communication skills and an ability to work autonomously are essential.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review year-end accounts and tax computations prepared by offshore teams
• Manage and nurture client relationships, acting as their key point of contact
• Take full responsibility for your workload with minimal oversight
• Ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery across your portfolio
• Collaborate with leadership to refine internal processes and drive improvements
• Contribute to the firm’s ongoing transformation and expansion plans
