We have an extensive presence across Australia, with representation in each State capital and an extensive regional branch network. This Client Manager Role is considered a key driver to our long-term growth ambitions in this segment and will work closely with leadership to drive positive results in the region. What the day will look like Lead a diverse portfolio of client accounts across various industries however a specific focus on NFP’s, aged care and community services. Building relationships with clients and insurers whilst enhancing the overall Aon experience for these external partners. Identify business development opportunities through prospecting new clients and cross-sell opportunities with existing accounts. Contribute to the strategic direction of the National business. Achieve client renewal and new business budget. Contribute to mentorship and development of team members within the region. Skills and experience that will lead to success This position will suit a someone with the following experience: Demonstrated experience in insurance broking (4-5 years). Exceptional client relationship management capabilities. First-class communication and presentation skills. Entrepreneurial spirit, with demonstrated new business successes. Strong technical understanding of a broad range of Commercial Insurance products. Ability to build leverage existing networks and develop new networks.
