Main Duties and Responsibilities: Your primary responsibilities will include proactive account management designed to surpass ambitious revenue goals. You'll support our Sales leader in China and be instrumental in developing new market segments. Your focus will be on nurturing existing account relationships while educating the market about our portfolio, and actively prospecting new high-end accounts in the trade and corporate world. Your impact and results will feed directly into your KPIs as you employ all available tools—from Power BI Microsoft analytics to OSC database management—to optimize sales performance. Collaboration is key; you'll work closely with the account director for China as well as property-based sales teams ensuring alignment of strategy while leading efforts to convert leads into profitable bookings. On top of these duties, your role includes conducting market analysis, participating in trade shows tailored toward luxury markets, maintaining up-to-date product knowledge—all aimed at maximizing conversion ratios from your assigned territory. To excel in this position: - A bachelor’s degree is preferred. - Strong knowledge of luxury business practices. - Proven selling skills with results-oriented mindset. 5 years and above solid B2B sales experiences is needed. - Customer-focused approach. - In-depth understanding of Belmond properties and experiences. - Familiarity with B2B distribution channels and standard commercial strategies. - Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin—both verbal and written—are essential. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
