Description

Are you ready to turn your love for art and luxury client service into a dream career?
We’re looking for a confident, passionate Client Manager to join our energetic E-Commerce Sales Team at our sleek, design-led Head Office in The Mailbox, Birmingham. This is a full-time, permanent role that puts you front and centre of our “phone call first” approach - because we believe building real relationships beats an email any day of the week!
If you’re excited by the idea of curating bespoke art collections for high-net-worth clients and want to work with incredible art every day, this could be your canvas.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Building strong, meaningful relationships with a portfolio of art-loving clients - helping them grow, refine, and fall in love with their collections all over again.
  • Becoming an expert in our artists, artworks, and the wider art market (don’t worry, we’ll provide top-tier training).
  • Proactively reaching out (hello phone calls!) to discuss art, upcoming events, and personalised opportunities.
  • Collaborating with our brilliant Art Consultants to identify rising collectors and nurture them into our next VIPs.
  • Attending exclusive artist shows and client events, mixing creativity with commerce.
  • Working across departments to make every client’s journey seamless and unforgettable.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous success in luxury sales or a high-end client-facing role.
  • Comfortable smashing seven-figure sales targets (and celebrating when you do).
  • Experience in phone-based sales or direct client outreach is a big plus.
  • Driven, charming, and a natural relationship-builder.
  • Obsessively organised and detail-driven with a hunger to exceed expectations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (you’ll be chatting with collectors and collaborating with teams daily).

What You’ll Get:

  • £33,000 basic salary + uncapped commission (OTE £55,000+)
  • Staff discounts + retailer benefits platform
  • Access to Financial & Mental Wellbeing Support
  • 28 days holiday (plus 1 extra day each year of service, up to 33 days)
  • Pension scheme and a place to grow with us

This isn’t your average sales role. You’ll be shaping the future of private art collections, building lifelong client relationships, and joining a business that’s as passionate about creativity as you are.
If you’ve got that rare mix of sales savvy, emotional intelligence, and a genuine love for fine art—we’d love to hear from you.
Apply now with your CV and a cover letter and show us why you’re the perfect fit for our team
