Description We are seeking a Client Manager to play a key role on our relationship team to support and facilitate the client experience. The Client Manager serves as the primary and first contact for all service requests and technical support, resolving a variety of client operational, banking, bill pay, reporting and risk-management inquiries. This is a key team member on our relationship team, as the Client Manager is accountable for facilitating and positively influencing the client experience by effectively communicating and delivering accurate and providing timely resolution. The Client Manager partners with the Client Associate team to effectively execute special client projects as requested by the client and/or directed by the Advisor or Director. In this position you will: Act as the client's primary point of contact for all operational and administrative tasks, and serve as liaison between clients, custodians and other partners Provide operational and administrative support to Associate Advisors and Lead Advisors Organize, track and lead team projects, seeing them through to successful completion Provide support across a diverse suite of services and coordinate with third parties including but not limited to brokerage firms, banks, accountants, insurance agents, attorneys, trustees, and real estate agents Schedule and coordinate client meetings, and prepare meeting materials in advance Maintain client information in CRM and other reporting systems Coordinate quarterly tax payments and gather tax documents as part of the tax return preparation process. Work with all members of the team and the Chief Compliance Officer to adhere to federal, state and company compliance rules and guidelines. Requirements The successful candidate will have: A minimum of 3+ years client service experience required. Specific investment management experience preferred. Excellent skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Exhibits unfailing personal integrity Ability to take ownership for delivering outstanding client experience Excellent communication skills, including proper grammar and punctuation Strong organizational skills and ability to follow established processes consistently Capability to effectively manage priorities in a fast-paced environment Skills to work collaboratively to achieve client and organizational objectives Ability to resolve complex problems in a thorough, creative, timely manner Clearstead is committed to building a culturally diverse workforce and strongly encourages applications from minorities and women.
