About your role:
We are looking for a dedicated Client Manager who will be focused on the client relationship and the operational aspects of the cooperation. In this role you will manage the capabilities and team to ensure on-time delivery and excellence in execution. For this position, you will play a key role in driving collaboration internally and externally with the client and partners.
To succeed in this role, we believe that you have a passion for the field of marketing and want to take on the next challenge in your career. Understanding and ability to drive inter-media level planning is appreciated. If you’ve spent at least a few years in project management and media planning and are eager to step into a position where you can contribute to the growth of the team and business, we want to hear from you.

Your areas of responsibilities:

• Client communication and relationship management;
• Manage the capabilities and team to ensure on-time delivery and excellence in execution;
• Work collaboratively across dentsu and across networks as needed – use good knowledge of products and services to drive business value for clients and dentsu;
• Project manage clients’ communications plans including timelines and budget;
• Review plans to drive greater value through innovation and better ways of working;
• Effectively lead and motivate the internal team to produce best-in-class work;
• Provide accurate plan details and updates to clients;

Who are you?

• You have a good all-round knowledge of the marketing industry and media landscape in Finland;
• You have 3-5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a media agency or other similar marketing consultancy. Experience in media strategy and planning are an advantage as well as working with international clients and/or coordinating clients that operate in various markets;
• You speak and write fluently in Finnish and English, since these languages will be used in daily work;
• You are organized with time and projects;
• You are a proactive team player who can push forward and get the ball rolling on key projects;

On top of that, you seek to learn and grow as an individual. You’re proactive in managing your own tasks and surroundings. You have a commercial mindset. You’re comfortable making decisions on your own, but you also work well in a team. You enjoy connecting with people. And obviously, you’re curious about learning about the client’s business.
