Collaboration with activation practice leaders and other departments is essential to develop and execute initiatives that enhance the Client’s business.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Management: Deliver the service proposition to Clients, ensuring full end-to-end management of the business for individual Clients. Relationship Management: Own and foster strong Client relationships in line with the established relationship strategy. Client Development: Proactively identify and flag cross-sell and upsell opportunities to enhance Client growth. Commercial & Service Ownership: Ensure seamless service delivery and maintain profitability of the Client account. Team Leadership: Guide, manage, and motivate the team, aligning objectives with the Client’s business culture.
