Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll provide tailored job search assistance and training information specifically aimed at helping the unemployed and those claiming benefits. Through one-to-one meetings, you’ll identify clear pathways into employment and help clients overcome the barriers standing in their way.
You’ll offer expert advice and guidance on education, careers, and training opportunities, ensuring clients receive the right support to move forward confidently. When needed, you’ll connect them with specialist services and partner agencies to provide comprehensive assistance.
You may also manage Administrative Officers (AOs), offering leadership, support, and guidance to help them deliver outstanding service to JobCentre clients. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a team and make a meaningful difference in your community.
