The purpose of this role is to manage and grow a portfolio of corporate clients, advising on a range of Financial Lines products including:

• Maintaining and developing business relationships with new and existing clients
• Handling a comprehensive range of financial lines products for a diverse client base, from ASX listed companies to financial institutions
• Assessing insurable risks, crafting tailored insurance solutions, and negotiating optimal deals in the global insurance market
• Developing and maintaining meaningful working relationships with our underwriting partners and internal colleagues
• Overseeing budget, business plan, and debtor management
• Active mentoring of team members
• Building a long-term pipeline to support new business growth
• Promoting the Gallagher brand within the local business community

This is a great opportunity and to be considered, we are seeking a minimum of 5 years’ experience, ideally with exposure to the Insurance sector (Financial Lines), Risk Management / Corporate Governance, along with:

• Strong account management experience with corporate clients
• Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification
• Proactive approach to all aspects of account management and service delivery
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Motivated and professional attitude with a team-oriented mindset
