Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

Join our dynamic Client Services team as a Client Manager and become the voice of our valued client customer and the face of GB. In this engagement-focussed role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting our clients needs, and ensuring the operational team and business delivers exceptional service and outcomes in Workers Compensation claims management.
As a Client Manager, you will be responsible for driving quality of service and performance targets by forging strong relationships with both existing and potential clients. Working closely with our operational and sales teams, you will seize every opportunity to boost service, and maximize results for our clients and for GB.
How you’ll make an impact:

THROUGH STRATEGIC BUSINESS PLANNING, YOU WILL CULTIVATE MUTUALLY BENEFICIAL RELATIONSHIPS AND GROWTH STRATEGIES WITH OUR CLIENTS. YOUR DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Managing client relationships and providing troubleshooting support
  • Assisting clients in achieving their performance goals
  • Proactively tailoring services to meet client requirements and industry trends
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key internal stakeholders
  • Leading service discussion, co-ordinating claims reviews and ensuring productive meetings between clients, brokers and our team
  • Analyzing claims trends and implementing processes to manage risks
  • Educating clients on compliant claims management and providing strategic solutions
  • Managing multiple stakeholders and their expectations towards a shared goal
    About you:

TO EXCEL IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED TO BE AN ENGAGING CLIENT RELATIONSHIP EXPERT WITH A PROVEN TRACK RECORD IN RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT. DESIRABLE APPLICANTS WILL HAVE:

  • Effective communication, interpersonal, and conflict management skills are essential.
  • Ability to skilfully manage multiple stakeholders with conflicting priorities
  • Capability to quickly identify issues and develop effective solutions
  • Experience in managing multiple accounts and prioritising tasks effectively
  • Developing and working towards a shared goal
  • Previous experience in the insurance/workers compensation industry or as a Client Manager
  • Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce experience is a plus
