This Client Manager opportunity is within a highly successful and dynamic Global and Corporate team which specialises in Healthcare, Aged Care, Community Services, Life Sciences and Higher Education within Aon Risk Solutions. This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from either Aon’s Melbourne or Adelaide offices. Skills and experience that will lead to success To be successful in this role you will have proven experience and success servicing a portfolio of clients. Key requirements include: 5+ Years Experience in the Insurance Industry Technical understanding of Insurance products and risk solutions Experience in working with our claims team to successfully close out claims Good cross selling abilities Pro-active and great client relationship management capabilities, which includes attracting, retaining and growing clients Adept negotiation and relationship building skills with great communication abilities Ability to work collaboratively across teams How we support our colleagues In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
