Client Manager, Global & Corporate A core Client Segment within Aon Risk Solutions, Corporate & Global specializes in the provision of exceptional Insurance and Risk Management Services to a focused portfolio of national and multinational organisations. We are seeking an experienced and skilled Client Manager to provide exceptional broking service a portfolio of clients. The Client Manager will manage complex insurance programs and provide first class client service. An important responsibility is also growing and developing the broader team. While the action happens in the Aon Adelaide office, there is opportunity for hybrid working. What the day will look like Being a trusted, direct contact point for a portfolio of key clients, developing and maintaining strong long-term relationships and providing an overall high level of service to enable effective client relationship management Responding to client enquiries relating to the management of their risk and insurance programs, including queries that require technical policy advice including contract reviews Collaborating with broking colleagues in setting and executing on strategies for client renewals Identifying risks within a clients business and operational objectives, in order to design insurance programs. Negotiating with and building relationships with insurers and underwriters to achieve optimal renewal outcomes for clients Identifying new business development and growth opportunities within the designated portfolio and designing appropriate servicing solutions to deliver on those opportunities Achieving budgeted revenue for retention, and delivering growth on existing and new business Working with all of Aon - Client Service Support, Broking, Claims and the wider Aon Global network to deliver optimised outcomes for clients Providing guidance and mentorship to colleagues How this opportunity is different We’re a team of authentic and career focused professionals that provide exceptional value to our clients and we are on the search for a like-minded teammate. Skills and experience that will lead to success To be successful in this role you will have proven experience and success in a previous role servicing a portfolio of clients in the large corporate space, and attributes including but not limited to: Strong client management, negotiation and relationship building skills with exceptional communication abilities Strong technical understanding of a broad range of insurance products and risk solutions Sound project management skills including the ability to multi-task and co-ordinate large teams.
