Hair Studio Concierge / Client Manager – For a highly professional non-surgical Hair Replacement company that offers a revolutionary technology locally coming into our hair studio, and internationally through calls and video-calls This is an In-Hair Studio Career position, within the second floor of a professional building. You’ll have your own large office with an extended Consultation Station (chair, counter, mirror) to speak to clients and perform consultations. Compensation: $25 - $35 per hour depending on your experience level, plus 10% of each sale. Sales range from $1500 to $8000, average $4000.00. Performing existing client sales and new client sales from new leads coming in. Average sales per week - 3-sales = $1200 per week bonus / Commissions. This Commissions are in addition to your 32K - 44K annual salary. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring an exceptional service experience. Manage scheduling and appointments for clients and stylists to optimize studio workflow. Educate clients on our range of hair solutions, products, and services at Invisablend. Assist in the development of marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones. Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their preferences and providing personalized recommendations. Coordinate with the stylist team to ensure smooth operations and timely client servicing. Handle client inquiries and feedback professionally, resolving any issues that may arise promptly and effectively. Previous experience in client management or related customer service roles, preferably in the health or beauty industry. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with clients on a personal level. Basic knowledge of hair care products and services, with a passion for beauty and wellness. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in scheduling software and general office applications, including Microsoft Office. Demonstrated problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet and adapt to changing circumstances. A positive attitude, with a strong desire to contribute to a supportive team atmosphere. Bonuses based on results. Two weeks paid days after one year. Partial dental and eye coverage. More to be added based on driving this company international notoriety and sales.
