QUALIFICATIONS:

• You have at least 1–2 years of proven experience in selling influencer marketing, including booking meetings, pitching, networking…and you’re not afraid to cold call to pitch your offer
• Ability to work in a sales-focused role involving influencers, brands, and media agencies
• Proven experience working towards revenue targets with individual ownership and accountability
• You have an entrepreneurial mindset and a broad understanding of the influencer marketing and social media landscape
• You are able to set up influencer marketing campaigns and are familiar with how to execute a successful campaign from start to finish
• You have a professional network within the media and communications landscape.
• You communicate fluently in both Finnish and English

As a Client Manager at Splay One, you navigate social platforms and influencer landscapes with ease, and you enjoy staying up to date on the latest trends and creators.
Sales and client relations are the core responsibilities in this role. You thrive finding new clients to grow our portfolio long term. You also love working with clients and always strive to deliver the best possible campaigns by leading and motivating our specialist teams throughout the pitch processes for which you are responsible.

Key Responsibilities:

• New sales – finding and approaching new clients such as agencies, brands and influencers
• Deepen, develop and maintain your client relationships in order to create profitable and long-term business, ensuring opportunities to become a prioritized partner
• Helping influencers and creators develop their business 360 through a variety of sales such as influencer marketing, licensing agreements, book projects etc.
• Lead internal pitch processes
• Secure deliveries and follow up
• Challenge both your clients and us internally in order to achieve the best possible results
