  • Actively contribute to and support the continuous updating of our Pitch Library and general knowledge sharing across the business
Responsibilities

THE ROLE

The role primarily is comprised of supporting pitch management projects, in relation to project and client management. This role reports into the Client Director and is supported by the Analysts and Specialists whom there will be an expectation to engage with.

DELIVERY OF TASKS AND TEAM MANAGEMENT

  • Take responsibility for all project management aspects of the projects allocated to you, working with the Consultant / Client Director to make sure clients and internal team members are managed and kept informed, and deliverable are ready on time
  • Work with the client lead to prepare insightful and relevant reports and outputs
  • Help coordinate the project teams to carry out a variety of projects across clients in a timely fashion and delivering the best output possible
  • Ensure agency relationships are smooth and efficient, and interactions are documented and actioned
  • Ensure the work is delivered as efficiently as possible and inefficiencies are addressed, suggesting improvements to our ways of working where needed

This will be focused on wider account management as well as specific project management on Partners projects. Duties include:

  • Ensure that a project plan is in place and regularly updated, and status calls (internal / external) are scheduled
  • Support Consultant / Client Director in making sure team members are properly briefed and regularly informed and updated
  • Work closely with the relevant analytics team members regarding analytics deliverables
  • Support the client lead with management of the day-to-day client relationship, ensuring meetings are properly documented and actioned
  • Provide progress updates to the client leads and support them as and where required
  • Anticipate and timely raising of problems with client leads relating to deliverables, our scope of work and client or agency relationship
