About The Opportunity We are hiring a Client Manager to support the expansion of OKX SG's VIP business, focused on High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs), Ultra-HNWIs, Family Offices, and External Asset Managers (EAMs). We are building Singapore’s premier VIP franchise by combining white-glove service, tailored solutions, and trusted partnerships. This role will focus on client servicing, onboarding support, and OTC trade facilitation, working closely with senior team members to deliver a best-in-class experience for our VIP clients. What You’ll Be Doing Engage and grow VIP relationships – Qualify and progress leads with care and ownership, guiding prospects through a thoughtful, white-glove journey from first contact to active engagement. Deliver seamless concierge service – Act as the primary touchpoint for VIP clients, anticipating needs and coordinating with internal teams to resolve requests promptly and elegantly. Facilitate trades with precision – Support client trade instructions end-to-end, ensuring smooth execution and settlement in close collaboration with trading and operations. Maintain clear pipeline visibility – Update and track client activity, AUM forecasts, and next steps to drive accountability and momentum across the team. Elevate client experiences – Support bespoke events, hospitality, and partner activations that strengthen trust and deepen relationships. Champion client insight – Capture feedback and share actionable perspectives to enhance service quality and product relevance. What We're Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. At least 4 years of experience in wealth management, private banking, client engagement, or fintech. Genuine interest in digital assets and readiness to learn trading and OTC processes. Exceptional communication skills and a natural ability to build trusted client relationships. Meticulous, organised, and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through. Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-evolving environment.
