We’re looking for a bright and motivated individual, someone who is ready to contribute to our growth and join our team on a full-time position for Vancouver Island. As the ideal candidate, you are excited by the opportunity to manage your own client portfolio and provide effective leadership to your project team.
The Client Manager would be responsible for business and relationship management with clients from different market sector groups, looking for opportunities for the various consulting service groups within Pinchin. You would work with Project Managers and members of the Marketing group to facilitate the development and maintenance of these important relationships. Responsibilities:

  • Identify and investigate new business opportunities, capture and gather information.
  • Contribute to the strategic development of a sector or a client segment.
  • Manage clients, understand their needs, follow-up with them on a regular basis, and look for additional opportunities to expand our consulting services project work we do for them.
  • Participate in tradeshows, sponsorships, association events
  • Promote Pinchin and its services through various communication channels
  • Set-up meetings and develop relationships between new / existing clients and Pinchin Project Managers
  • Collaborate with members of the marketing team to explore potential opportunities uncovered through client communications
  • Work with members of the proposal team to ensure client needs are being met in RFQ/RFI documents
  • Obtain, discuss and follow-through on feedback from clients
  • Investigate and answer clients’ questions
  • Communicate cross-selling opportunities to other service groups
