OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Client Manager to join our client’s team. The ideal candidate will oversee the full cycle of client lease portfolios, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and outstanding service delivery. This position involves contract administration, funding and invoicing processes, reconciliations, reporting, and asset management, while fostering strong client and vendor partnerships. It requires a detail-oriented, proactive professional with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Minimum 3 years in lease administration, financial services, or client account management.
  • Post-secondary education in business, finance, management, or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with clients, vendors, and colleagues.
  • Professional, adaptable, and solutions-focused with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities with capacity to balance multiple deadlines and priorities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with lease or financial systems considered an asset.

    Pay: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily administration of lease agreements, including contracts, records, and system maintenance.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for clients, vendors, and internal teams, delivering prompt and effective support.
  • Track and achieve service performance targets related to accuracy, turnaround, and client satisfaction.
  • Partner with sales staff to strengthen client relationships and provide a seamless service experience.
  • Manage funding, invoicing, reconciliations, reporting, and asset return activities.
  • Collaborate across departments (finance, credit, sales, and operations) to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Recommend process improvements to support client retention and portfolio growth.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, internal controls, and regulatory standards.
