Job Details Job Location: Kerrville Office - Kerrville, TX 78028 Position Type: Full Time Compensation DOE – Base compensation $38K - $48k annually, plus team monthly override; based on performance. Essential Job Functions Manages existing client accounts, communicate success and value of our services to our clients. Demonstrates an ability to identify and resolve problems, uses initiative and good judgment to reach quality decisions. Ability to overcome client objections. Resolve client inquiries and complaints, prior to escalation of account. Demonstrate effective telephone and negotiation techniques. Communicate and collaborate account activities to appropriate business partners. Set follow-up appointments to keep clients aware of latest developments. Accurately document pertinent collection details and activities performed on the clients account in Salesforce. Responsible for meeting/exceeding team collections objectives and goals. Qualifications Qualifications Must be results-oriented with a high level of accountability. Must be very organized, with excellent time management skills. Ability to negotiate, influence, and collaborate to build successful relationships Ability to exercise independent judgment to identify and resolve problems. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills. Self-starter with the ability to acquire new concepts and skills quickly Demonstrated initiative to drive completion of tasks, projects, and initiatives Professional presence, strong work ethic and ability to work under pressure. Ability to articulate value and overcome objections. Preferred Qualifications, Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements Associates degree or equivalent work experience. Previous work or exposure to client and account management processes. Previous collections experience helpful. Compensation DOE – Base compensation $38K - $48k annually, plus team monthly override; based on performance.
