Overview Targeted Victory is looking for individuals with education, interest, and experience in marketing, media, and advertising to join our team as a Client & Media Strategist on the Business Development team. This individual will support the planning, execution, and reporting of integrated marketing campaigns, helping ensure projects move smoothly from launch through completion. Applicants must be self-starters with strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a desire to learn in a fast-paced environment. Applicants must be able to work in person at our Arlington, VA office. Responsibilities Coordinate campaign setup, submission, and tracking across internal systems and platforms Manage project timelines and support day-to-day campaign execution for client accounts Draft ad copy, creative briefs, and other campaign materials across various digital channels Build recurring client reports and communicate campaign performance, insights, and recommendations Support media planning efforts and coordinate with publishers, advertising partners, and vendors Track campaign budgets, invoices, pacing, and financial documentation Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting client deadlines and expectations Qualifications This position is for individuals who are self-starters driven to follow new marketing trends and opportunities, and should have: Bachelor's degree and 2–5 years of experience in Marketing, Political Science, Communications, Advertising, or a related field Interest in digital marketing, media planning, and advertising Comfort working with spreadsheets, data, and campaign analytics Ability to translate campaign performance into clear, actionable insights Ability to prioritize and excel in a fast-paced environment; time management and organization are a must Exceptional client services skills Keen attention to detail with an eye for design Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and effectively with colleagues at all levels; Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT) Coachable, eager to learn, and comfortable asking questions
