Description
Manage customer interactions, including documentation issuance, review, and system setups. Oversee timely and accurate daily account opening and maintenance processes. Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality service, meeting customer expectations and SLAs. Drive process improvements, analyze complex issues, and formulate recommendations with departmental impact. Manage project initiatives within account services and foster cross-functional collaboration. Ensure strict compliance with internal processes, regulations, and policies. Cultivate strong client relationships, understanding and implementing client requirements. Proactively assess risks, uphold ethical conduct, and manage control issues with transparency. Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience; 2 years in Documentation Review, Account Maintenance, KYC, AML and Cash Products preferred. Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Proactive team player with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Highly motivated, persistent, and capable of thriving in high-volume, time-sensitive, and high-risk environments. Strong prioritization skills, learning agility, and meticulous attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications. Demonstrated ability to handle urgent cases and manage client and internal team expectations effectively. Proficient knowledge of English and French, both written and spoken.
