Our client Onboarding Consultant I ensures a smooth and successful onboarding experience for clients by managing end-to-end implementation projects. You will translate business requirements into technical configurations, sets up platforms and products, and guides clients through go-live. It emphasizes collaboration and continuous improvement while maintaining compliance with company standards. You will report to the Client Onboarding Supervisor. Job Description Responsibilities: Analyze contracts and project documentation to define scope and requirements. Review client configurations during quality assurance and create technical build specifications. Configure accounts, platforms, and products, including user provisioning and authentication setup. Troubleshoot and resolve eligibility and provider ID errors, ensuring compliance with EDI standards. Lead onboarding meetings, document important decisions, and keep partners aligned. Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities to enhance efficiency. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience. 0–2 years of experience in client onboarding, implementation, or related roles. Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies. Strong communication skills and across diverse teams. Proficiency in MS Office and documentation platforms.
