Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) nouveau(elle) membre d’équipe orienté(e) sur les détails et les résultats pour prendre les rênes comme Coordonnateur(trice) d’Installations. Vous reporterez directement au Gestionnaire des Installations et collaborerez étroitement avec les départements de surveillance, de service et de finance afin d’assurer un flux de travail efficace.

ATOUTS

  • Familiarité avec l’équipement de sécurité / kits de surveillance incendie ULC, contrôle d’accès, systèmes de vidéosurveillance et terminologie de basse tension de base
  • Expérience en préparation de matériel, lecture des ordres de travail et validation des substitutions de modèles
  • Connaissances de base en réseautage (IP statique, DHCP, ports) pour assister aux exigences pré-installation
  • Expérience avec les bons de commande et les processus de RMA

We are looking for a new detail-oriented and goal focused member to join our team to take the reigns as Installation Coordinator. You will be reporting directly to the Installation Manager and will work closely with monitoring, service, and finance departments to ensure proper workflow.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Oral and written fluency in French and English
  • Microsoft Office and Adobe proficiency
  • Knowledge of security systems, industry technology, trends, and applications (an asset)
  • Knowledge of customer service software, database, tools
  • Knowledge of computer hardware functionality, networking, wireless technology (an asset)
  • Geographical knowledge of Montréal and surrounding boroughs
  • Dispatching, project admin, or customer service – 2 years (an asset)
  • BSP card or clearance to apply for BSP card
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Must handle all information with confidentiality and discretion
Responsibilities
  • Account setup & onboarding – contacting customers, assigning account numbers, verify documents needed
  • Creating jobs in system and coordinating tasks to completion
  • Liaise with warehouse technician to order, track, and verify equipment for active jobs
  • Schedule installation appointments with clients, technician(s), and sales representatives
  • Track jobs and notify involved parties on all changes required
  • Keep accurate and detailed records of customer service interactions, discussions, information, and unresolved issues
  • Liaise with suppliers and sub-contractors assisting with install jobs
  • Ensure compliance with health, security, quality, and recycling policies
  • Perform any other tasks that may be assigned to you from time to time
