About the Position Our Client Onboarding Liaisons are highly motivated, organized professionals who play a key role in guiding dental practices through successful onboarding and training with Flex. This position focuses on ensuring practices feel confident using our software through effective implementation support, relationship-building, and clear communication. This role requires strong instructional skills and the ability to translate technical workflows into simple, practical steps for dental teams. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and support teams and may occasionally assist with basic support questions during onboarding. This is a fully remote role. Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with onboarding dental practices. Deliver engaging virtual training sessions to help clients adopt Flex efficiently. Guide clients through implementation tasks, product setup, and workflow optimization. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve onboarding-related questions or blockers quickly. Maintain accurate tracking of onboarding progress and communicate timelines proactively. Stay informed on industry trends, dental terminology, and updates to Flex and Open Dental software to continually improve onboarding effectiveness. Qualifications Required 2+ years of experience in a role involving training, onboarding, education, or customer enablement Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly Strong organization and time-management skills Willingness to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities Positive, team-oriented attitude Preferred Experience in dental or medical industries Familiarity with Open Dental or other dental practice management systems Ability to occasionally travel for work events or team onsite meetings Bilingual (Spanish/English)
