We are a Professional of the Financial Sector (PFS) supervised by the CSSF and ISO 22301 certified.The experts at AIS and AManco provide clients with: Corporate Services, Fund Administration Services, Governance Services, Operational AML & Compliance Services, Tax Compliance Services, Depositary Services, as well as Third Party AIFM Services (provided by AManco S.A.).Given the ongoing development of AIS, we are currently recruiting:Client Onboarding Senior Officer Corporate & Fund ServicesYour Role:Within a dynamic team, you will be assisting with the coordination and serving as an internal point of contact for the onboarding of our future clients.You will be in charge of the daily coordination between our future clients, the different teams of our company, the lawyers, the notaries and the banks.You will draft/review with our future clients our services agreements, review and negotiations of funds offering documentation.You will work with a pool of experts in charge of performing the initial KYC/AML duties for prospect clients and be in charge of collecting the KYC information required.You will be responsible to provide clients with a unique, distinctive, and qualitative experience at their onboarding.As part of the integration process, the candidate will be expected to provide regular status updates of onboardings and conversions to new clients. Weekly project calls should be held with stakeholders and project plans should be maintained to track progress.You will be responsible for updating and maintaining our client database with accurate and up-to-date information.
