REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a similar discipline.
  • 3+ years of experience working in a training, onboarding, implementation, or client-focused role. Experience in the utility industry or a highly regulated environment is preferred.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage and deliver projects in a timely manner.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management software.
  • Technical aptitude to understand complex energy solutions and translate them into easily understandable training materials.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
  • Customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering high-quality service and building long-term relationships.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Responsibilities:

ROLE

The Client Onboarding Specialist will play a key role in overseeing the deployment of client projects and will be responsible for managing end-to-end onboarding for new clients. As the Client Onboarding Specialist, you will work closely with the sales and client management team to oversee account setup and implementation, offering product demos/tours and ensuring alignment with stated customer goals and values.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Oversee and manage the customer onboarding process throughout the organization.
  • Find solutions to optimize the customer onboarding process and collaborate with the team to implement them.
  • Manage, assign, and conduct onboarding meetings, product tours, company presentations, and product demos.
  • Understand customer context, oversee goals, and provide product information to best serve those goals.
  • Educate customers and work with the team to optimize their process for the quickest path to success.
  • Collaborate with the team and create a process to identify and eliminate roadblocks in the way of customers’ goals.
  • Improve product adoption and customer retention and help foster positive customer relationships that create a loyal customer base.
  • Provide materials to help customers learn best practices to better achieve their desired outcomes.
  • Provide feedback and insights on client experiences to improve future implementations and training programs.
  • All other duties as assigned to meet Company objectives.
