Description
As a Client Implementation & Onboarding Specialist at Puulse AI, you are the critical link between the Sales hand-off and the final website launch. You will manage the entire post-sale customer journey: from gathering business requirements and branding assets to presenting site previews and securing final payment. We are looking for a high-energy, project-minded professional who can lead US-based business owners through a technical process with clarity, authority, and exceptional service. Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Hand-offs Take ownership of new accounts immediately after the sale is closed; introduce the onboarding roadmap and set expectations. Information Gathering Consult with clients to collect all necessary content, images, and brand guidelines required for their AI website build. Build Management Work closely with the technical build team to ensure the project stays on schedule and aligns with the client’s vision. Site Previews & Feedback Conduct professional video walkthroughs of the completed website, managing revisions and obtaining final approval. Financial Closing Responsible for the final collection of payments and ensuring billing accounts are correctly established. CRM Hygiene Maintain detailed, real-time updates in the CRM to ensure the entire team has visibility into the project status. Compensation & Work Structure Base Pay: $5.50 USD per hour On-Target Earnings (OTE): $1,200 – $1,500 USD per month, inclusive of commissions and performance bonuses Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week Schedule: US Business Hours (EST/PST). Candidates must be flexible, as schedules may shift based on customer volume Classification: Independent Contractor English Proficiency Near-native level of spoken, written, and comprehension English. You must be comfortable and articulate on live video calls with US clients. Technical Aptitude Experience with SaaS tools, CRMs, and a quick learning curve for AI-driven website platforms. Project Management Skills Ability to manage multiple client timelines simultaneously without losing track of details. Professionalism High level of emotional intelligence and the ability to handle high-value customers.
