PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 1+ years of financial industry experience, particularly in AML, Compliance, or regulatory client onboarding
• FINRA licenses (Series 7, 9, 10, or 4)
• Foreign language proficiency

• Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for PWM clients, ensuring accurate and timely submission of all required documentation.
• Review new client documentation for compliance with AML and KYC standards.
• Collaborate with PWM Advisor teams to ensure all account forms and regulatory documents are correct.
• Facilitate setup of account services and products (e.g., margin, options, checking, debit cards).
• Monitor downstream systems to verify correct product setup and reporting access.
• Coordinate with PWM Compliance, Legal, AML, and internal operations to resolve issues and improve onboarding workflows.
• Support process improvement initiatives to streamline account opening and data validation.
