Positive. are seeking a new Client Operations Specialist, on a full-time basis, who is a detail-oriented and proactive professional. Reporting to the Business and Client Operations Manager you will ensure the smooth and efficient day to day running of Positive. for our clients and employees. You will be a trusted point of contact for clients and colleagues alike.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
You will be integral to our small, yet impactful team, with responsibility for setting up all logistical elements of workshops and client events, support the maintenance of project management software/trackers, assist with client management across calls and emails, lead on scheduling meetings both internal and external for the team (think team lunches and Christmas parties!) plus support on maintenance of team and delivery calendars, assist with HR processes and be a point of contact for any tech issues with virtual meetings to name but a few!
