Position Overview: As an Outreach Specialist at Pure Finance Group, you will play a crucial role in engaging with applicants during the preverbal and funding stage, specifically focusing on those in the Preverbal and Submitted to Funding stages. Your primary responsibility will involve making outbound calls to applicants, providing assistance with pre-verbal information, guiding them through the application process, and ensuring a smooth transition to a funded loan. This role requires a highly organized and customer-centric individual who can effectively communicate financial information and requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or outreach role, preferably in the finance or lending industry.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge of financial products, lending processes, and documentation requirements.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • High level of professionalism and empathy in dealing with customers.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred due to the needs of our customer base.
