MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • 8+ years of experience in digital media, consulting, sales, product and/or performance marketing
  • Experience with the digital advertising landscape and Meta’s solutions
  • Analytical skills and experience in translating data into powerful, actionable strategies
  • Demonstrated experience to adjust communication and presentation to different levels and needs, crafting compelling narratives
  • Executive presence with a proven track record of influencing C-level stakeholders through structured storytelling and data-driven insights
  • Experience operating effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and constantly evolving environment
  • Fluent in English
  • Track record of delivering against ambitious goals

  • German language is a plus

  • Own and grow a portfolio of high-profile clients across multiple industries, accountable for revenue growth and strategic partnership development
  • Build trusted relationships at executive levels, turning Meta into a strategic growth partner with demostrated business acumen and industry understanding
  • Develop and execute client-specific growth strategies with short and long-term vision. Apply data-driven insights to shape business strategy
  • Anticipate industry, consumer, and partner-specific trends in order to influence Meta’s future business strategies
  • Strategize, plan and lead the cross-functional collaboration to implement scalable solutions & tools on performance, measurement, and creative strategy to elevate client results
  • Champion product adoption and innovation and shape Meta’s product roadmap based on client feedback and market needs
  • Develop narratives and recommendations from custom analyses, build narratives, and present findings to key decision makers
