We are hiring a Client Partner to advise senior clients, shape strategy, and lead programs. You will turn messy opportunities into clear decisions and plans, then lead teams to deliver real outcomes. This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who brings energy, pace, and sound commercial judgement. What you'll do Become a trusted adviser to senior leaders Consult on their business challenges to deliver a positive difference to their bottom line through experience, entrepreneurialism and incisive thought. Spot patterns across programs and engagements, connecting dots to unlock bigger outcomes. Diagnose growth opportunities across product, service, and experience, getting hands-on with research and insight gathering so recommendations and decisions are grounded in evidence. Write clear proposals and pitches. Shape scope, commercials, and success measures. Lead multi-disciplinary teams to results. Keeping momentum and removing blockers. Nurture relationships and become a key business partner for clients who need to rethink how they work. Become a subject matter expert on topics that drive our clients business Capture methods, templates and prompts so the next project is better and faster Ensure effective pricing strategy while maintaining overall client profitability targets at all times. What you'll bring Proven delivery of complex work that blends strategy, design and execution. Commercial acumen - you think in value, effort, risk, and can price and scope for outcomes You have a strong bias to action and are energised by complex challenges You are a visible champion of excellence. You can set the tone for the team with a belief that without the greatest work, nothing else matters. Confidence communicating from VP to board level with expertise in facilitation, so meetings end with decisions. Clear writing and storytelling. You can articulate a compelling business case and galvanise teams and senior stakeholders to confident action in the face of change. End-to-end experience – you know what it takes to take an initiative from an idea in a deck to a delightful revenue-generating experience in the hands of customers You have: 7+ years working in a client-facing strategy or growth role in a strategic design studio or boutique consultancy Proven success in building and maintaining client relationships and growing business Experience of working with global clients and leading programs at a senior level Ideally: Strong experience within automotive, mobility, energy-transition or luxury segments Why this role matters You will help clients cut through complexity and move from ambition to impact.
