OVERVIEW

We’re looking for an experienced Client Partner to be a driving force for client growth within our business. This person will lead a set of high-profile accounts within the agency, across with a focus on leading performance channels. They will be responsible for ensuring accounts are profitable & growing, as well as deepening senior client relationships.
This person will have a strong understanding of digital marketing (Paid Search & Social, SEO Digital PR, web dev, UX & data). They must be experienced in taking the lead on the delivery of digital marketing campaigns and strategies for clients.

Responsibilities

Lead client accounts (performance focused) within the agency, with overall responsibility for developing the client agency perception, relationship, and satisfaction (measured by annual NPS survey).

  • Working with the strategy team to interrogate and enhance client briefs by asking questions and always being curious. In turn developing communications briefs that meet the client’s business needs in an effective and accountable way. This is done in collaboration with both strategy and channel experts where relevant. This also includes leading & facilitating workshops, deep dive sessions and Quarterly Business Reviews – with the focus on deepening brand, product, market & audience knowledge.
  • Working in partnership with the channel lead in the strategic development & forecasting of accounts, through to the execution of on-going work, reporting & recommendations. This will also include monitoring and analysing campaign performance & making data-driven decisions to optimise campaigns in conjunction with the relevant channel lead.
  • Ensuring the profitability, growth, reporting & setting financial targets across accounts.
  • Identifying, developing, and converting new opportunities with existing and future agency clients, (in partnership with the new business team).
  • Negotiating contracts and fees with senior client contacts, marketing directors and client procurement personnel, normally with senior finance team members.
  • Managing the work, performance, and professional development of team members, for example their appraisal, peer review feedback, self-assessments, and objective setting. Making sure that the agreed actions from this review are conducted by the appraisee and the agency.
  • Lead by example in promoting a diverse, inclusive, and nurturing culture where individuals feel respected and listened to.
  • Drive initiatives that not only deliver outstanding work but also align with our commitment to making a meaningful difference in our workplace as a B Corp.
