As a trusted advisor and strategic account leader, you will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with key clients, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring the successful delivery of DXC’s solutions and services. This is a highly visible role that combines strategic account management, business development, and executive stakeholder engagement to create long-term value for both clients and DXC. Key Responsibilities Drive Business Growth Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue growth targets across DXC’s portfolio of services and solutions. Identify, originate, and develop new business opportunities within existing client organizations. Lead renewal and retention strategies to protect and expand current revenue streams. Position DXC solutions effectively to address client challenges and differentiate DXC in competitive situations. Build Trusted Client Relationships Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior business and technology stakeholders. Act as the primary point of contact for strategic client engagements. Partner with DXC executives and subject matter experts to strengthen client alignment and engagement. Understand client objectives, industry trends, and business priorities to anticipate future needs. Lead Strategic Account Development Drive structured account planning and business reviews to ensure alignment with client goals. Provide leadership for key pursuits, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver successful outcomes. Promote a client-centric approach by acting on customer feedback and continuously enhancing the client experience. Serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate business and technology transformation initiatives. Deliver Predictable Results Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline management. Monitor account performance and identify opportunities to increase value and profitability. Ensure successful collaboration across sales, delivery, consulting, and partner teams to achieve business objectives. What We're Looking For Proven success in strategic account management, client leadership, or enterprise sales roles. Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and develop long-term client relationships. Experience working with large, complex organizations and navigating executive-level stakeholder environments. Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to influence and lead across matrixed organizations and cross-functional teams. Understanding of enterprise technology services and digital transformation initiatives. Industry expertise relevant to the client portfolio is highly desirable.
