As a Client Partner, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our clients' businesses by identifying and driving growth opportunities within a focused portfolio of enterprise accounts. Please note, this position is open to those within reasonable commuting distance to the Toronto, Canada area only. Key responsibilities and functions: Generate opportunities through robust storytelling and consultative sales. Create and implement an effective strategy to break into cold accounts. Develop and cultivate consultative relationships with key decision-makers in Digital Marketing, Creative Services Management, Procurement, HR, Strategic Sourcing, Legal, and Supplier Diversity. Collaborate with subject matter experts to create tailored sales strategies and proposals that meet individual client needs. Act as the principal point of contact, building and maintaining long-term client relationships, anticipating needs, and coordinating efforts with supporting teams. Coordinate the development, management, and presentation of multi-channel solutions aligned with client goals. Build effective consultative relationships with C-suite decision-makers. Serve as the primary point of contact for client RFIs & RFPs. Partner effectively with Practice Leaders, Service/Delivery leaders, and Sales Enablement. Qualifications: 5+ years of consultative sales experience, preferably in the digital/marketing industries. Proven success in generating greater than $5million+ in new opportunities annually across multiple professional services to premier brands. Experience with expanding existing accounts through networking and account-based marketing. Proficiency in Salesforce, Outreach IO and/or Seamless AI preferred. Strong quantitative reasoning skills. Interpersonal competencies include: growth mindset, adaptability, persuasion, resilience, emotional intelligence, communication, critical thinking, curiosity, and empathy.
